Feeling the love 🥰

Happy Valentines days folks! Today doesn't just have to be about expressing your love for one another between couples - it should be about showing your friends, family and loved ones that you really do care and appreciate them in your life. Don't get me wrong, its lovely to get a card, flowers and chocolates etc. from your other half but I think today should be more about everyone you care about in your life.

I was certainly feeling appreciated this week as I received a lovely card dropped personally through my letterbox. I was asked by a local group if I would kindly donate my time and design skills to create a logo for their project for an inclusive universal play park to allow kids of all abilities to enjoy in my local area. I was more than happy to help, especially as its helping my local community. A want to say a huge thank you to Georgie Munro (age 7), who created this beautiful thank you card - I love it! I think you may be a future graphic designer for sure :-)

It's so lovely to receive genuine thanks for the work that I do. Believe it or not, but I actually struggle ALOT with my own self belief, its always been a constant nag in the back of mind! I honestly feel that in todays world it's far too easy to get lost in the hustle and bustle of general day to day life that we, including myself, forget to show enough thanks to those around us - this little card has cheered me up enormously, and that, I will be forever grateful for.

It's a really busy spell for me right now, got loads of fab design projects I am working on. My Etsy shop is also ticking away and I will be adding more items soon so please keep checking in.
