Hey folks! So, we are already well through January now and thinking ahead to February - the next big day is gonna be Valentines - so I thought I would share some gift ideas that I have been creating and adding new items each day. So, looking even further ahead.... I'm hoping that 2023 is going to be a great year for me and my wee etsy shop venture! I'm really enjoying using my design skills to create products online, its a niche thats new to me and I am learning as I go - its all very exciting and I can't wait to see where it may take me! I am stepping out of my own comfort zone and delving into this online platform more and more - tiktok appears to be the favourite these days but I'm just not sure I am ready for my face and chat on screen to be trending quite yet lol!
Graphic design is still my main passion, I love taking peoples ideas and bringing them to life. It's such a rewarding job and no two projects are ever the same. I have been in this industry now for over 17 years (wow I feel old lol)! It's a career that has seen me work at some great design studios, with some amazing talented folks and ultimately it has allowed me to do what I love while fitting in around my family and other life commitments.
I am super lucky to have some amazing clients, including Trend Magazine! It's crazy to think that I have been working with Trend since I designed the very first issue back in October 2007! Trend continues to be a staple read and source of great content for all things in and around Aberdeen and the shire. Check it out online or even better, grab yourself a physical copy which you will find in all the best outlets in the area.
